Online dating has not met with all of the successful hype, that some of my friends have had. Well I really don’t care much anymore; if something happens cool, if it doesn’t then it wasn’t meant to be. It would be nice to have some company, but not a requirement for me to be happy!

I enjoy gadgets and technology, a wide variety of music (would love to see good, live, blues), and I like most foods.

First of all I am a single dad, and a huge part of my life goes toward the care and well-being of my 7yr old son. He is very important, and any lady that I date must be a good example if given the chance to meet him.

I am looking to date a respectable lady; and for a while keep the tempo to a slow pace, and leave the rest to the Universal Energy.

* An e-mail or two, to start then a first date; if there are sparks cool, if not that is ok as well. At least then, action can be taken and lollygagging avoided. No need to rush, but kind of nice to find out if there is chemistry or not?

A nice first date would depend upon the energy leading up to it. Ultimately the date would be casual, and without expectations on either side; somewhere that we could get to know each other have some fun, and where things would not feel like a job interview.
