I am an honest, sincere and compassionate person, who is looking to find someone with similar interests. I am the kind of person who can dress up in that black formal dress, talk to anyone at most any level and be comfortable, or go out in a pair of torn jeans in the garden to dig in the dirt. I love the out-of-doors: camping, hiking, going for walks on the beach, looking up at the stars (which I can see well from where I live!) romantic evenings in front of a fire with a glass of wine & nice movie, going to the theater, concerts, museums or any other suggestions that come up. It would be great to find someone to challenge me to be more active and to stay in shape - I was trying to train with a co-worker for a half-marathon but settled for a couple of 5 K's. Maybe by Spring!
I enjoy many types of music, but just "don't get" heavy metal & rap!
Hobbies are more than I will have time for in the rest of my life and I keep finding more things to do! I am a good cook, love to bake, read, knit/crochet, make jewelry and other crafts, enjoy gardening, and more...

A first date would be time together for coffee, lunch, dinner, a walk in the park, or anything that would let us discover if there is any chemistry to experiment with.
