I live a beach life style- between surfing, running and jiu-jitsu I try to stay fit. You probably will not find me in the bar hanging out. That would be past my bed time anyway. I own and run an hvac business in the day time which keeps me very busy. Everything I do is 110% or I don't even get off the coach, work or play. I try to keep a good balance between work and play.
