The basics: I'm divorced with two grown sons, one still at home. I have a close-knit family, am domestically oriented, and country to the core. I LOVE music, especially pop/top 40 radio, 60's oldies, and 70's retro. I like thought-provoking movies (am affectionately known as "The Movie Critic.") I'm a proud mom, and honored that two young men can call me that.

I enjoy: dining out, but also cooking together and staying in; social networking, reading, writing, dancing, concerts and live plays, shows, etc., meeting new people, learning new things; fitness, eating well, and a healthy lifestyle. I'm a self-professed nerd, tilting towards the "cool" end of the barometer. And I'm sorry, but there's just not a sports, hunting, adrenaline-junkie, or addictive bone in my body. Watching sports with you, maybe...other than that...I'm all girl!

A meaningful relationship of any kind takes two people going the same speed, to the same destination, at the same time, and you both just know when you have arrived there together. I couldn't tell you how fast I'm going, where I'm going, or how long it will take to get there because I really don't know. What I do know is that it would be nice to have someone along for the journey.

A potential friend or other relationship interest for me must love, or at least patiently tolerate, indoor dogs and cats. Although not a deal-breaker, I especially enjoy a man who is somewhat taller than my 5’ 8” height, and passionate kisses and cuddles from someone who knows he can deliver them. I have a strong, southern, hillbilly drawl that you would either love or hate. I'm a shameless flirt, can't swim but I love the beach and ocean, can't drive a stick but want to learn before I die, and I cannot function well without sleep!

People say I have great eyes and an intoxicating smile. So, make my lips curl as these green eyes delight in what they see! No offense intended, but smoking is a big turn off for me. I want to enjoy your kisses as much as I know you would enjoy mine!

Maybe we can put our heads together and come up with something.
