I love the outdoors...I have a log cabin in northern WI where I spend my summers...I keep active on the golf course and on the lake,and working in my garden. Because I also love American history and 18th century architecture, I spend my winters at my condo in Colonial Williamsburg,VA...this enables me to visit the historic sites and museums...attend concerts, plays and college football and basketball games. Above all, I love to entertain my friends and family at whichever place I call "home".(all of my photos were taken April-Oct.2009)

I live a very active and healthy lifestyle (I exercise regularly and enjoy cooking heart-healthy) My family is very much a part of my life...so I spend time traveling to Las Vegas and Chicago to visit my children....

My favorite music changes with the occasion....classical to the big band sounds... Sinatra or Tony Bennett,Dianah Krall to Rod Stewart...I can sing along to most all of the oldies from the 50's and 60's....and when I am at the lake, Jimmy Buffet and the Beach Boys are the greatest!!

I have a "bucket list" .....and though I already enjoy an active lifestyle, I keep adding new things that I would someday want to do...I would love to do more traveling....there are so many places here in the U.S. that I have not seen.....but, still at the top of the list is "finding someone to share the good life!"

A first date should be an opportunity to be open and honest about each other expectations, talking at a level of comfort that a cup of morning coffee at Starbucks could provide...first impressions are more likely to be positive!
