I love winter with an open fire and snuggling up at home, summer for the sun and warmth, spring for the freshness and new colours, and autumn for kicking through fallen leaves, bonfires and because it is almost Christmas.

I like to go to the cinema, reading (everything from classic to fantasy), walks in the country and going to the beach, target shooting (both rifle and pistol), and festivals. I have an eclectic taste in music, but mainly 60's and 70's. I love travelling and go to Australia every couple of years to visit family. One of my favourite places to visit to chill and relax is Avebury or camping in Cornwall. I adore open fires, gadgets, flowers, home grown veg, nature and long soaks in a bubble bath.

I have asked some friends to tell me some words that would describe me and they came back with: Warm, tender, upbeat, generous, funny, quick witted, caring and terrible cook. And I didn't even have to pay them to say such lovely things about me

I am very lucky to have a large circle of good and true friends whom I value highly. I am very loyal, honest and reliable. I have a happy, fun and contented life, which I wish to share with a special man.

I think men who have a piercings are better prepared for marriage. They've experienced pain and bought jewellery ;)

I am looking for a gentleman who is honest, romantic and caring. A gentleman who makes me feel happy, special, safe and secure, who still has hopes and dreams he would like to share, who laughs a lot.

I wish I were a glow worm, a glow worm's never glum, how could you be unhappy when the sun shines out your bum :)
