The headline is a quote from one of my fave movies...don't think it falls under any "Classic" chart but, one of my faves.

I like playing sit-down games; I find it's a more comfortable setting. That's not to say they aren't very competitive though! My board game of the moment is called Agricola; if you know what that is, we need to talk!
Contrary to what is implied from the above, I actually do enjoy doing more physical activities as well (I'll trust people not to take that the wrong way :P). I joined a dragon boating team this summer and also started playing some Ultimate Frisbee. Both were lots of fun! Looking forward to doing them again next year!

I also like going to movies and eating out; I'm always open to trying new foods, as long as it's not too spicy!

I'm a CBC, but still able to speak conversational Cantonese; I am pretty proud of that fact, though I regret that I was never able to master the reading/writing aspect. To counteract that, I can say hello/good-bye in like 5 languages :P

I only watch a few shows on TV but my favourite right now is a new show called Flash Forward. Definitely thought provoking; if you had the choice, would you want to see your future?

I would want the first date to be a more casual, comfortable setting. So, I would say something like coffee/bubbletea (for the asians :P ), dessert or lunch. Mainly, I'd be looking to get to know one another, so, something where conversation can occur would be ideal.

Activity-wise, I can only think of...bowling or mini-golf where it's something you do but can still talk to each other. Playdium or Dave & Buster's could also be an option.
