I am laid back with a fierce inner drive. Low maintenance but love to dress up. I enjoy simple pleasures, staying active, playing sports, cooking, contagious laughter, spooning, dvd's. Music is life..it stirs my soul, and my tastes are across the board. I am multifaceted with a few brain cells clicking around. I am opinionated and bold with a matching sense of humour. I enjoy having my thoughts challenged. Dirt doesn't make me wince. I am just as happy in sweats playing touch football with the guys as I am in a little black dress and heels mingling at a****ail party. I love indulgence and intelligence, and I talk to strangers. I am passionate about my life and I try to be compassionate about the world around me. The focus of my life is balance...I honor simplicity and relish complexity. Sometimes I need some noise in my life, and sometimes, I need to be quiet. I'm happiest when I'm outdoors, especially doing anything on or around the ocean. I'm high maintenance in that I like to feel appreciated, and respected, and I'm diligent about keeping my life free of clutter. I like to dive into things. I'm a realist, I'm a dreamer. I like to get "wacky" and I like to cuddle up. I'm fiercely loyal to the important people in my life. Random tidbits: I have an innie.. Gum chewing annoys the heck out of me.. I like my coffee weak with real cream.. I think good posture is very important.. When I am anxious or tense, I rub my thumb back and forth on my third finger tip.. I don't eat liver or brussel sprouts.. I like salt more than sugar.. When I get upset, I quite often ask for alone time.. I don't like yelling and name calling is a no no.. I love to get in the kitchen and cook while bopping to music.. The ocean is where I like to go just to be. I'm super determined to end up proficient in whatever I'm passionate about. Big time chemistry, as you know, cannot be manufactured. It's kinda like that "wow" factor that we all desire but seldom find, and it's either there or it isn't. I digest with my eyes first, so appearance, although seemingly superficial is usually my first attraction, however, without substance, that can be pretty shortlived. I want to be stimulated emotionally, intellectually and physically. OK: What am I looking for in a relationship? To sum it up in it's simplest form: Together we will share wild energetic nights and tender quiet evenings....stimulating conversation and bouts of belly aching laughter...candlelight dinners and rainy day movies...and through it all we will appreciate having someone to share it with. And anyone who can cut through my misconceptions in a way that sets me straight without humiliating me.
