There are some people who take a while to warm up to strangers, or try to keep them at arm's length until they feel more comfortable. I'm not one of those people. Friends and family would describe me as gregarious (assuming any of them know what that means), witty, loyal, and generally fun to be around.

Most people when they meet me instantly understand that I'm a people person, that I have nothing to hide, and that I'm open and able to talk about virtually any topic under the sun...including my own emotions.

Like most people, my friends and family are dearly important to me. Without their wisdom and advice, I would probably be wandering about lost and aimless. They support my whims and my ambitions, encouraging me to follow whatever strikes my fancy at any given moment.

Sometimes I'm a risk-taker, but they're always calculated. In the near future, I'll be breaking away from my cozy professional job in Corporate America to pursue my own path and start my own business. I've learned to follow my passions rather than a plan that seems to have been laid out for me by society.

What I'm looking for, then, in a partner is someone who can understand and appreciate the entire picture of me. I don't expect her to agree with everything I do or say, but I hope someday she'll come to love me for my faults as well as my strengths. Ideally, I'm looking for the perfect mix of brains, beauty, and personality. I'm searching for someone with ambitions of her own--whatever they may be, a passion for being active, and a sparkling personality that can entertain me for years to come.

I don't need anyone to complete me, but I have realized that life is a lot more fun and fulfilling when you have someone special around to share it with. If you're her, I hope to hear from you, well, now!
