A simple update, (and I'll try to delete stuff that's outdated). I am back in school, doing my pre-reqs for the Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and THEN I get to do the nationals to become a registered nurse. Most weekends are free and I love takin' road trips, sometimes, I just jump in my car and drive to places like BArriere, BC, cuz I haven't been there b4... It's one of the best things for my thoughts.

A gentle man who can be rough around the edges & can appreciate living circumstances & enjoy where he is at in life (is one of the things I look for in friends)...period. on the side, my heart will go to the one who's eyes light up becuz I came into focus..... it's hard to give that one up. plus, hmmmm..... I keep adding stuff.... does that mean, I am indecisive, YOU be the judge. I won't. lmao. plus, if your words match your actions.... I'm so into that. Oh yeah, btw, I own my reliable car and home (so my living situation is stable & secure...thought I would add that since my first comment may come across wrong). I'm not looking for superman to come save the day....I wait for spiderman to come along and sweep me off my feet. To hear him (the one guy) have that belly hurtin' laugh as a result of something that I said will win my heart.

Hello ALL you *ponders*... A few people let me in on a secret about me... they said that I have a gift with words. It may not always show but I like speaking and sharing a story using our senses; my favorites are color and sound. We all have a sense of color and here in BC we acknowledge the sounds of water in the mountains and the wind blowing thru the cedar branches. I enjoy bringing people with me to a particular moment in time or place. An example or two is: I love hiking up the mountain side following the pipeline and then a waterway and then sitting along side looking upstream towards the waterfall. The wind is sweeping thru the pine cones on this warm sunny afternoon,the rays are creeping in thru the branches and the water is crashing down 6 feet onto the water bed and brushes the cool moisture into my face. Another place I love to be is in the middle of a field near my home and I hear the creek slowly moving along and see the bees buzzing quietly by on this amazing clear day, only stopping to sit on the odd buttercup or wild flower and the two puffy bright white clouds that form sweet lambs shifting shapes as I lay in the middle of my newly made fort. The grass blades are 3 feet high as the field hasn't been mowed yet and I'm not visible to the cars speeding along the dirt road because the grass hides my moment of thoughts. Why am I in this field, "why I am pondering on what you look like and how your voice sounds" cuz I believe in the universe and I know God will bring you to me... k, so maybe, I need better bait and I hope to net some soon!
I can make you laugh & hopefully you can make me smile. I have been told that I have a great smile. My taste in music has variety from hip hop to thrash metal... what am I looking for is the man whose eyez light up, when I come into focus. that's impressive & can't be manipulated.

I try to get my son and his girlfriend (of 16 months... how did he do that) to do some activities together and since Halloween is just around the corner, we could do a dance; looks like we are doin the stuff, his gf likes to ... the other three moved on. I am so amazed how they were able to pick the right people to be in their lives.... now, If I could follow their example... I am sure only a single parent could appreciate that comment... hmmm... maybe not but I can't wait to meet you!

Dinner, coffee or jus sit on the corner & watch people...lol... We could meet at the warf in cultus on a bright night. go see a live production (Schoolhouse)***it's playing at our local university theatre...but any live performance will do. One of my favorite theatres is in Vancouver on Commercial Drive but the one on Granville is bigger. Plus a winter hike is amazing when the icicles form around the edge of the water... so that could be a great adventure.
