I like meeting new people and seeing new places. I love going to the lake and spending the weekend playing and cooking. Spending time with friends is the best.
I have lived in southwest Missouri for most of the last 20 yrs. I have moved a lot in my past, born in IL., moved to CA (at the age of 23), back to IL for a short time, then IA, next Missouri, CA again, and last but not least, here I am in Springfield, MO. I have moved a couple of different times while here in Missouri; Independence, St.Peters, St.Charles,and Warenton. Whew! I am wore out just typing locations. LOL Seriously tho., I feel sure that this is not it for moves. I really like many things about this area, but one in particular that I could do without is weather.
Three of my four adult children live here at this moment in time, so that makes it perfect for me. My three granddaughters are here, as well. We live pretty close to each other and get together as much as time will allow. Sunday is usually the best day to connect.
I have been divorced for a little over a year now. I miss being part of a couple and the benefits that come with that, however, I have come to appreciate alone time and making decisions based on my wants and needs mostly.
I am high energy, and have a positive attitude, most of the time. I have incredible patience and am not judgmental. I am very intuitive and try to follow what I know to be the right choice.
I want someone to share those quiet moments in our life, simple pleasures, a strong bond, fun and new experiences, all of the things that create great friendship. Someone who has my best interest at heart, and I have theirs.
