I don't usually spend time talking about myself; but... This is my 1'st attempt at online dating; cool.

Hobbies- Love music; been a bassist/guitarist for yrs. I've got a # of friends that are xlnt players(world class-no kidding), and we've formed bands over time; played some preety cool gigs/venues; Bass being my prefered inst.(kind of a natural/1 of those things, u know?).

Love being engrossed in a good book (fiction/non-fiction); adventure,intrigue,history,bio's,etc. Goals, ok...lets see,hmmm...I definetly am looking (within/out) to see where I can be of more benefit to society as a whole; pretty big venture, but I know there's something, just have'nt pinpointed it yet.

I am honest to a fault at times (my tact & discretion have gotten much better); My word is good is what I'm trying 2 say, I suppose. I'm very open minded and really enjoy an outside opinion on anything (amazing how much I've learned by listening). I enjoy putting a smile on other faces, and try to focus on the bright side of any situation...(don't get me wrong, I do have my moments, but I do my best= human).

Music taste, lets see. Kinda' wierd but I play rock; listen mostly 2 Country. I love Sugarland, Brad Paisley, Toby Keith, Travis Tritt, old Skynyrd, Hank Jr.etc...

I play Zep, Ozzy, Sndgrdn, Deep Purple, etc...go figure!

In regards 2 a first date I'd like 2 keep it light. B4 anything, we would have 2 find a common ground where we would both be comfortable; could be ourselves. I'm thinking something outdoors, around other people- maybe Sunday brunch, picnic, Venice boardwalk- we can talk about it; go from there. Like I said I'm open minded, but 1'st lets just meet (e-mail/phone), talk, and let it take its course,ok?
