About me: I like to have fun. I'm a pretty goofy guy. I like to laugh, crack jokes (even though they might not be funny) and don't get offended easily by much. I've got a good group of friends that I hang with. I'd rather be going to the game than watching it on TV, but I'd rather be watching it on TV with some good people than watching it alone.

I'm pretty easy going and up for anything. I love going to hear live music, whether it's a big name band at a stadium or club or just your average bar band. I'd rather go see a live show than go to a bar, and I'd rather go to a bar before going clubbing. Although I like most types of music, I prefer the heavier stuff although I've accepted the fact that most girls I'll meet won't be into that. :) I also like ska, punk, and occasionally some jazz if you can believe it.

As far as the outdoors go, I go whitewater rafting in Maine every summer and really enjoy it. I'm not afraid of camping out. Also, in the wintertime I go snowboarding a couple times (not professionally). I've pretty much mastered the faceplant and am working on a better head-smack. But it's a good time, nonetheless.

As far as the arts go, I like to read a bit and write a little of my own stuff, occasionally, though not as much as I'd like to. I'm into movies (who isn't?) I do like going out for a show more than watching at home, but I'm not opposed to that either. My tastes range mostly between ridiculous comedies like Superbad & Zombieland to horror flicks & Sci-Fi-ish stuff. Nothing wrong with good drama now and again though. But I find the best thing about seeing a movie is talking about it afterwards.

Which brings me to some of what I'm looking for in a girl. I like someone who can carry on a conversation. Someone who's smart, funny, and likes to have a good time.

Probably something where we could talk and get to know each other; dinner/drinks/what have you. Then something fun. Comedy shows are cool. I like to play pool. We can always figure this part out later. Let's talk first.
