I'm an optimist and appreciate each day even in these hard times. I've lived in the 'bush' of West Africa and don't take things for granted. I love to laugh and have an irreverent sense of humor. In a relationship I need that spark of intellectual curiosity and playfulness. I would love to be best friends, but wouldn't it be fantastic to be even more! Some might say that's asking for a lot, but I know it's possible. I still want my pulse to race for my guy even at 90!
I'm a big sports fan and am a tomboy at heart. I'm also very independent, won't crowd you, and don't PMS. I bleed orange, am patriotic about Texas and the USA, but also have an inclusive world view. I also love to travel in Texas, the US or overseas.

I'm a very casual person, so meeting for a Dr Pepper and conversation is fine to see if we click. Otherwise, I enjoy going out for a dinner, movie, sporting event, music venue, or taking a hill country drive. But we don't always have to go out; it's fun staying in making brownies and having a quiet evening.
