Yes, I used to play guitar for KISS!! Sure, it was in my parent’s back yard, my guitar was a broom and my best friend played some upturned trash cans for a drum set… but man did we rock the neighborhood. I never did make it into KISS - or any other band for that matter, but I still love to rock…

Now a little more about me: I'm working full time as an I.T. professional who's one part-time semester away from finishing an MBA degree (WOOHOO! I get my life back!). I'm an old-fashioned kind of guy and am on a one-man mission to prove that chivalry isn't dead (it's just resting). When I'm with someone special I like being spontaneous, adventurous, romantic, playful, and basically having that type of fun you see two people who just met in the movies having! And I'm not even a little ashamed to admit I'm a cuddler - a big spoon looking for his little spoon... Family is hugely important to me - I have a large extended family and a really tight immediate family with 2 little nephews that I absolutely adore.

I can be a little shy at first but it's not long before I'm cracking jokes and being silly. There's very little I like more than to make people laugh till they cry or spew drinks across the room... it's just great fun! I like to experiment in the kitchen and out on the BBQ but cooking for one is no fun so I'm looking for someone who loves a good meal (and would help with the dishes). I gotta confess, though, that I'm totally a Food Network addict so you can probably expect me to try out crazy things I saw on there on you. I think I subconsciously want to be an Iron Chef or something...

I've recently been bitten by the travel bug - last spring I was in China... next spring it'll be Europe (anybody wanna play hooky for a month and go sightseeing?). After that... well, that'll depend on who I'm traveling with. It's my dream to find someone who would do the Amazing Race with me without abandoning me in Budapest or something.

So who are you? You have a playful, charming sense of humor and would respond to a dirty joke with a FILTHY one. You have PASSION for something... ANYTHING - doesn't matter what. You appreciate order in your life, but when you are caught in a warm summer rain you just laugh and enjoy an opportunity to get little wet. You're confident on the outside, down-to-Earth and vulnerable on the inside.

Litmus test: I watch National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation every year and giggle my butt off every single time. If your sense of humor doesn't have a place for this classic film (or similar silliness) then you're clearly dead inside, with a heart as black as pitch, and that makes you a zombie. I can't date zombies.

The usual drinks or dinner is fine by me as long as it's either preceded or followed by something fun. Doesn't much matter what it is as long as it gives us a chance to get to know each other in a way that doesn't feel like an interview. No movies though... what can you learn about each other from sitting awkwardly in the dark? Save that for later...
