Well I am from the midwest. I have been in Colorado since June last year 08. I love it here. I am a fun outgoing person. I am a very active person. I am always doing something fun. Goinig out with friends or being acitve outside.
I love to cook, I am very healthy. I am into nutrition and fitness. I love to snowboard in the winter. I will be going back alot this winter.
In the summer I mountain bike alot, play volleyball at wash park. I stay in great shape. I lift weights 5 days a week.
I used to be a professional strength coach in MLB and the NFL. Thats my passion and love. I like to help people. I now train on the side for fun and am in executive management with a fortune 500 company.

Besides being active I am a fun person. I always enjoy myself. I have very high expectations for myself. I push myself harder than anyone else can or will. That is in daily life and my training at the gym and the sports I am involved in.
I am motivated and goal oriented. I know what I want and wont settle for less. Thats why i am still single ha ha. I know someday I will find that girl. Hopefully soon.

Music I like alot of things but most of the time I listen to rock, alternative. But i like all kinds of music.
