I am a left of center 45 year old graduated student studying transpersonal counseling here in Santa Fe. My passions include many forms of dance (I am a zydeco dance teacher), movement therapy, art (I am a painter), healthy cooking (I have been a caterer for many years and good food is VERY important to me), out door activities such as hiking, camping and gardening as well as community building endeavors. I love the cinema, love to read, and adore all kinds of music. Generally, I must always be involved in some sort of creative pursuit (personal or political) and hope that whomever I meet has a similar sensibility. I value callouses and laugh lines over starched suits and pursed lips. Personal goals are to continue to facilitate dance and movement therapy, finish my education, become fluent in Spanish, and keep growing spiritually, emotionally and intellectually.

An ideal first date might be going for a long hike while telling stories about ourselves. I am not intrested in conquering nature, rather, I prefer to explore and would like to share that with another. And it would be lovely to enjoy a healthy lunch under the Cottonwoods too! A second date could be attending an art show, going dancing, listening to music, or preparing a home cooked meal.
