I am fun, have more than half a brain and am generally fairly well behaved; solvent, independent and carry no baggage..
My life has been full and fun so far - first career in the hotel/restaurant/bar industry allowed me to live and work in many places; the USA (New York and Boston), South Africa(Cape Town and Durban), Antwerp and all over the UK with my own consultancy and training company. Second career - retrained as a primary school teacher (much to the surprise of family, friends, old school teachers and myself!) I now work in a lively, diverse London school; love the kids (and the holidays!)
I enjoy 'yomping' through our beautiful countryside (especially if there is a good pub en route), travelling (have been to many places, want to visit many more) and all sorts of live entertainment. Recent things I have seen - 12th Night on stage, Coldplay in concert,Priscilla Queen of the desert musical (go and see this if you want an uplifting and fun evening!)
I am looking for someone to share time with who is interested in lively conversation and quiet moments, has a healthy cynicism with a big heart and who can open my horizons.

I would arrange to meet in a place where we could talk, eat and drink (alcohol or not)without being moved on before we were ready. I would suggest places like my local Italian restaurant, good coffee shops, decent pubs. If there was some sort of street market/food festival, then that would also be a fun thing to do!
