I'm a single Dad living north of Atlanta. I enjoy camping, hiking, backpacking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, traveling, eating, cooking (in and out), laughing, comedy clubs, barrier islands, festivals, live music, all things science, politics, maps, happy hour, and spending time with family and friends.

I’m witty and like to talk about everything from the meaningful to meaningless. I am a very kind person and surround myself with great people. I deal with the world through laughter and sarcasm and love a vibrant two-sided conversation. I am a professional with a successful career that also has a wild side.

My musical tastes are varied. I love live music, hole in the wall bars, and festivals. I see as many comedy shows per year as I do concerts (Does that really tell you anything? For all you know that could be zero.)

I love to cook and do so almost every day. (Mmmm...food...)

I am politically and globally aware, but consider The Daily Show and The Onion as primary sources of news.

I have a great career, great friends, great family, and a great son.
