I'm a special education teacher. I can dance, but usually only do so when the drinks kick in. I prefer bars/pubs rather than clubs. Unless it's a show or band is playing, I don't like to pay cover. I love conversation. I LOVE music and am all over the map when it comes to genres. When it comes to Sox vs. Cubs I cheer for the Sox but am not insane about it. I play bass guitar, guitar well enough to get by, and two songs on piano. I can sing choral/classical style but prefer to belt it out. I put a lot of value in friends and family. I'm a huge Bears fan. I was raised Lutheran but don't practice. I do sit-ups and push-ups everyday. I love cooking and love trying new recipes. I don't play games, you'll always know where I stand. I vote. I like to read the newspaper. I am an avid reader and go through about a book a week. I am a jeans and t-shirt guy but I do "clean up" nicely. I need someone who knows who they are good, bad, and sometimes ugly. I have a huge appreciation for British humor. I have an odd sense of humor. I don't anger easily, but you'll know when you're getting there. I have been told I am an excellent listener and also a good conversationalist.

I enjoy conversation and anything that sets the table for that is excellent in my opinion. Dinners, drinks, social events, concerts, have all fit the bill. I tend to be a spontaneous person but I do like to plan out a few options ahead of time then see where the moment goes!
