I'm an energetic redhead with blue eyes and a ready smile. I'm bright, sophisticated, yet natural, "earthy." I'm seasoned and evolved, yet still evolving. I'm a reader and writer, but rarely complete the Sunday Times puzzle alone. I enjoy music, especially folk and classical, singing and listening, Clearwater Revival and Tanglewood. I am creative, and enjoy many crafts (ceramics/pottery, making silver jewelry, knitting). I am compassionate, a liberal with a social conscience, and involved in multiple community activities and non-profit organizations. I am a sailor in need of a teacher/first mate. I prefer adventure travel, "off the beaten path" and have recently been to Ecuador and The Galapagos Islands, Costa Rico, Italy, Mexico and Windjammer sailing trips in both Maine and the Caribbean, as well as workshops at Omega Institute. I enjoy theater and films, eatting in or out, my family (I have 2 grandchildren who live near me.) I enthusiastically supported and voted for Obama.
