I have to take a mulligan on the "about me". All of the stuff I said was true, but I feel that I should have been more descriptive. So here it goes.

My first love is being a mom. I have a wonderful little guy that keeps me very busy. We like to go to the park, swimming, to cooking classes and watching Star Wars.

I am a confident and independent woman. I have a good job that I enjoy. I work nights. I find it very easy to get along with others. I am easy to talk to and open-minded. I like to hear others opinions and debate my own. In addition to being a great talker, I can listen. I think that is one of the qualities that make me a good friend. I am also very open and honest. I am not a shy person, but I blush easily. I have a great sense of humor. I laugh at myself often; yes I have my share of dingbat moments.

I like going out to eat or for drinks. I also like watching movies. My favorites are action/adventure and suspense or horror. Not so much a romance or drama kind of girl. I have a busy life, like everyone else. So, I also value a quiet night at home. I like to turn off the phone and have a glass of wine then watch tv or read a book. I like to get away for the weekend, too. I like to go to our lake cabin and spend time fishing, out on the water or shopping.

I am looking for a great guy to have fun with. A great first date would include drinks and then dinner out. Having fun to me is more about who I am with than what I am doing, so a trip to the winery or a bar with a band also sound fun. I am always open to good ideas.
