These are the essentials: I'm 5'3", and about 120 lbs. Cycling and swimming are my favorite past-times, followed closely by travel (now exploring Central and South America; spent weeks in Costa Rica, Honduras, and Mexico last year), dancing (everything from the Hustle to the Polka :-)), cooking (Mediterranean, Asian, Mexican, and American cuisines, keeping it light).

My daughter lives in England, so I've travelled Europe extensively, with excursions to North Africa on my frequent visits there.

I'm physical and outdoorsy, but can easily be reigned in for an evening at home or at the theatre. I'm peaceful and friendly, love to read (Borders has been my hot spot for years), play, LAUGH. Life has been an interesting journey thus far, and at this time of life, I'd like to have a compatible companion to enjoy experiences yet to come.

My passions are limitless, but I find particular joy in my family, friends, and water, water, water! Incidentally, I'm not especially photogenic, and shy from the camera, typically filling the role of photographer. I'd be happy to send or post new photos.
