Well, I hate filling out these "tell us about yourself" things, but here goes...Hello! I'm a 28/m from northeast PA looking for my "special someone", whatever that is. LOL I'm assistant manager at a local record store, which suits me perfectly since my life revolves around music and movies. =P I have a very diverse taste in both, music especially. I like heavier stuff, but usually on the really weird side, meaning you'll hardly EVER hear what I listen to on the radio. =P But I also like 80's music (which I grew up on, of course!), some underground hip-hop, jazz, just about everything. The only thing I really can't handle is country, with the exception of Johnny Cash. OK, I'm rambling...lol

My taste in movies usually goes in one direction...HORROR. Love it to death. And I'm talking old school horror, not all this remake baloney that's destroying my childhood by ruining film after film. But I also love some sci-fi and comedies, pretty much anything with a good story that will keep my interest. =D

Ummmm, let's see...I also love to write. From poetry to short stories, to song lyrics, and now I'm even working on some screenplays. I've also discovered, after hating it as a child, the joy of recreational reading. My books of choice vary, so if you wanna know what I'm reading, just ask. =P

I'm an occasional video gamer. I'm mainly an RPG and sports game guy, but I'm also a Guitar Hero/Rock Band fan. =D

I'm also a sports fan, both watching and playing. And I don't have a favorite team in most sports, I'm just a fan.

I'm a goofball and a smartass by nature. I love just joking around, being silly just for the hell of it. =P

What am I looking for? A girl who can keep my interest. One who shares some of the same interests as me. Someone who I can have a fun, intelligent conversation with and not get bored. Someone I can goof around with who won't get offended if I poke a little fun at them. =P

I'm looking for a girl who's going to laugh with me during all the good times, and give me a shoulder to cry on during the bad ones. Someone who will support and encourage me in all my efforts, the same way I would for them.

I'm one of the few guys who believes that chivalry isn't dead. I want to walk around and open your door when you get out of the car. I want to pull your seat out for you at the restaurant. I want to walk behind you down the stairs, so just in case you fall, I can catch you. I want to make you feel special. And I'm looking for a girl who can make me feel the same. =D

As far as appearance goes, I'm not picky at all, although I'm not really much for skinny chicks. I like my girls on the thick side. =D Tattoos and piercings are a plus, but not necessary. Same goes for glasses. =P

A first date should be something that's comfortable for both people, not something you should be freaking out about. Going out to dinner, or even a cup of coffee. Someplace where you can both get to know each other, and see if there's any chemistry. As long as it's a public place, so you can't kidnap me. =P
