play hockey still ,ride the bike ,go to gym , this stuff keeps me young and dumb should start hiking again ,to get rid of gut i am a easy going blue collar type of guy thats looking for the same in a women.. most people done that been there at this age etc.like italina food but will eat anything. o well dont want to make these things to long.
