...the teacher appears. Are you ready?

I am passionate about all that I do. I enjoy being outdoors, whether it is doing some gardening in my backyard or cruising some rustic back-country trail on my bike. Full disclosure: the garden is as yet a glimmer in my imagination, but it is my goal to bring that glimmer to 'fruit'ion. Get it? Spelling and grammar are my friends, and I know the difference between ‘your’ and ‘you’re.’ You should too. I am an avid health buff; lately I feel the gym is my second home. Hold on! Before you dismiss me as a meat head or a gym rat, just know that I might be able to kick your butt at Trivial Pursuit and I can definitely drink you under the table!

Family and friends are so important to me. I love to spend weekends with my friends playing beer pong, BBQing, or partying at a local bar or club. Then on Sundays you may find me golfing with my dad or cooking dinner with my mom. I love to cook! Now I’m not claiming to be Emeril Lagasse or anything, but let’s just say I know my way around a kitchen. Only problem? I hate cleaning up afterwards! When I cook for you, your taste buds will be in such sensory delight that you’ll want to kiss me. But you gotta promise to help me do the dishes first! I have a love/hate relationship with Rachael Ray. “30-Minute Meals?” Give me a break! It takes me like two hours!

I love my life, but I also have many goals to pursue. I want to learn how to surf, go rock climbing, and go skydiving. I'm also going to go back to school soon to get my Masters.

And, finally, I am about ready to hang up the jersey, bow to the adoring fans, and get off the field. In other words, only long termers should apply.
