I enjoy a good cup of tea or coffee. I like to read and always enjoy learning new things. I am active, I work with my hands, enjoy gardening, cooking, building, healing, martial arts, hiking, climbing, massage, drawing, poetry, photography, hiking,the list goes on..
I try to live simply, that I may simply live.Do I want to make more, be more or help more? Try to weigh and measure my time, stay right sized in my endeavors.
That's easy. I am a vegetarian, I also don't eat flour or sugar, or any snack foods.
I pray, and meditate daily, I help others. I am happy in my relationships, I communicate well, and know the value of two ears and one mouth. I am a loving man.
Music, I like blues, jazz, some rock-default setting, tribal music, folk, music from the land or heart always speaks to me, and then of course, mantras are good too.
