I wish everyone on here the best of luck, its a fun place the net and best not to be taken too seriously.

I liken it to a meat market, you see the glossy packed meat but you look closer and some have more grisly bits than others, some seem a little flat or off, others are close to their used by date, you poke and prod till you find one package of meat that seems right, and you wonder how it will taste...

will it melt in your mouth?
can you savour the flavour so it becomes a wonderful memory?
can you have another serve of the same meat?
oh the inticipation of how it will be when you get it home and cook it..


Until you sit down and after an hour of cooking and preparing and doing side dishes, you have that first bite and realise its tough as an old boot.

what a dissapointment... and quite often thats what happens on here.
