I am a smart, slightly sarcastic, cynical romantic who loves all things chocolate, the ocean, listening to NPR, and eating out. I am an opinionated, intellectual, feminist, liberal who likes to cook, bake, and spends her weekends going for long runs, seeing friends and/or hitting the road for an adventure. I enjoy live music, theater, and shopping. Some of my best friends are the four legged types; I am at times quite intuitive a la Radar on M*A*S*H; and, I tend to be quite empathetic and kind. The above gives you a glimpse into what I am like, and, the rest will have to be done in person.

For me, a good date is when I really click with the other person. You know how when you meet somebody and in the first few minutes, you know intuitively that you have met a kindred sprit, or you have the feeling that you already know them—that for me makes for a great date. In terms of the specifics for the date, I love to sit over a long dinner, enjoying good food and a lively conversation, and of course, lingering over a very chocolate-rich dessert.
