I tried this out once, but lost interest. Now I'm back, though I'm not sure why...:)

I've been teaching for about a year and a half, and it's the best job ever.

I love reading and writing, playing guitar, and listening to music, especially classic rock, alternative, etc. (my favourites include The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Tool, Bjork, Radiohead, Ween, QOTSA, and The Mars Volta). I love going to concerts, and have seen lots of amazing ones (e.g. Nirvana and Michael Jackson, for starters). If I could hang out with one person, living or dead, it would probably be John Lennon; the man is my hero.

I enjoy going out for dinner, or drinks with friends, but I'm just as happy to stay in, relaxing at home and watching movies. I love animals, and have two cats. I have a big sense of humour and laugh at everything (including myself). I am fascinated by history, philosophy, and the vastness of the universe. Oh, and I'm a big Tolkien geek, and not ashamed to admit it! :)

How about a few dislikes?:

-Not interested in cars, or professional sports.
-Some of my pet peeves are: poor spelling, inconsistent capitalization (do you Even have a System At all, or do You just capitalize Randomly?!?), cell phone drivers, the sideways peace sign, loud eaters, and slow walkers. For some reason, I've also always hated cold ketchup on fries.

Otherwise, I'm friendly, laid back, open minded, and easily amused. I'm attracted to intelligence, nice eyes, and warm smiles. I'm open to meeting interesting new people (dating OR just friends!) who are fun, positive, and hopefully share some of my interests. If that's you, then send me a message.
