I'm a fun loving, relaxed, and, laid back guy. I'm always happy to sip coffee and shoot the breeze with just about anyone. My interests are wide ranging from social reform, to dootie jokes. I took 3 years of philosophy so I have been known to turn everything into a debate, but I never get into arguments!

I can be a bit of a home body, but that doesn't mean I don't like to go out and have fun every now and again. I don't drink, but that doesn't mean I hate being around it, I just choose not to and don't think anything less of people who do.

I am a very friendly person, easy to approach and sometimes I may seem two dimensional, but be sure to look a little deeper then the average bear as there is more then meets the eye here. I love a good joke, it sets the mood for a good day, or keeps the mood good for the rest of the day. Try not to take me too seriously, if it seems out there it might be a joke, however, I will be serious when need be... if I have to be.

Musically my taste is rather varied, it would be shorter to list what I don't like. Please forgive the negativity but I'll value your time and do just that. I avoid: Country, "Gansta Rap", hardcore, and heavy metal. Everything else is all good!

I have listed in my interests "dance" however, that does not mean the same thing to me as it does to most people. I know a lot of the "dancing" that goes on these days is mostly done in night clubs, we've all been there we know what they are doing, they just forgot they were still dressed. I have recently started taking lessons in dance, and surprisingly they haven't covered that style just as yet. I am taking several different styles in both Ballroom, and Latin Dance. I'm no expert as of yet, so don't expect me to go all "dancing with the stars" or anything but I enjoy it, and it's something you can feel OK doing in front of people you respect.

I think the first date needs to be somewhat relaxed in order to get to know the person your there with. It's a difficult time to start with, judging, being judged, remembering to keep you elbows off the table. I like to stick to something basic. Dinner, somewhere nice, but not over the top. I haven't been out much as of late so I'm not totally sure where the place is, but I'd like to make sure that there are fewer forks at my place setting then fingers on my hand. Somewhere casual, with good food and a quiet atmosphere.

Following dinner, I think the best bet is finding another spot to grab a drink...OK I don't drink, but the expression works none the less. A pub or quiet bar somewhere that will allow us to continue to get to know each other a little better.

If things go well perhaps end things off with a peaceful walk before going our separate ways for the evening.
