Isn't this is all too coincidental...according to nearly every profile on here, we're all smart, funny, nice, decent looking (per our families), & not at all boring! Thank God for the pictures otherwise how would we tell each other apart?? What can I say that hasn't already been said by basically every other person or that doesn't come off as some horrible string of cliches?? Here I am, recently single & looking to meet the man of my dreams (or somedays I think anyone with a pulse & doesn't like to kill things would work just as well ;) Like everyone else, it's hard to describe myself in terms of black & white. My tastes/preferences in everything vary depending on the mood & who I'm with taking a romantic getaway with my man is far different from going for a camping weekend with my girlfriends!) I'm DEFINITELY not the type of woman who needs, or wants, to spend all my time with the person I'm dating - personal freedom is very important to me in a relationship just so long as it's not pushed to extremes (i.e. the whole "open" relationship thing is a bit on the extreme side for me ;) My friends & family (naturally!) are a huge part of me, so spending time with them is a must - although a good portion of that time can be on my own, whoever I'm with has to be able to play nicely & carry himself well with others. On my downtime, I like to do anything from hanging out having a few drinks (which usually leads to dancing) to staying in & lounging to taking weekend getaways (which I'm enjoying more and more) or trying some new adventure for the first time. Oh, and oddly enough, although I have an intense and totally rationale fear of flying, I love to travel (unique huh?? ;)

As for Mr. Right...I'm looking for someone who is kind (I mean the TRULY kind guy...one who does things for others just because it's a good thing to do, not because he's building up credits to turn in later), considerate (i.e. the kind of guy that knows that if you're going to be late, the right thing to do is to give a quick 10 second phone call or even a text is fine - just something so I'm not left worrying that you've clearly been arrested and/or killed and that's the reason for your inconsiderate behavior), driven (to reach whatever goals he may have), supportive (i.e. if I have to go away for work, the first thing out of your mouth should not be "Great, now what am I going to do for the week?"), compassionate (willing to help a friend in need even if it means putting yourself out a bit), honest (please, please, please - no liars! You may not like what I have to say or the answer you're going to get but one thing I can guarantee is that I will never lie, even if you catch me doing something I probably shouldn't be doing), & above all, FUNNY (sharing daily fun experiences is way better than sharing very not-so-fun daily arguments!). Yes, I know - a long string of cliches but really aren't we all looking for generally the same things? Does it seem like I'm asking for a lot? If it does, keep in mind that I'm not asking for anything that I myself am not willing to give. I am more than fine if you hang out with your buddies just so long as it's not an issue when I want time with my friends...you having female friends doesn't intimidate me just so long as you don't try to hide them from me or avoid introducing me. Basically, I'm just looking for a guy who knows how to treat a woman right (I'm so done with being the relationship coach!) & isn't afraid to make decisions based on how they will affect the relationship (i.e. if you know it's a bad choice, don't make it!). If your friends were to read this and think it describes you pretty well, then I'll be looking forward to hearing from you. But if any of this describes the person you'd like to be or traits you'd like to have someday then please wait until that day has come, and THEN email me!
