My friend advised me to be very sincere and honest during this part, which in turn should encourage the same in responses - I mean why bother reeling in the barracuda when you really want the dolphin? A lot of profiles I've read come off sounding all sunshine and rainbows so it's difficult to get a read on the real person. I just hope I don't come off sounding too harsh w/my likes and dislikes! So okay, here goes:

I'm pretty easy-going, like to think I'm fun, and have been told I have a great sense of humor. I can take a joke and teasing but be aware that should you pitch it to me, know that I am going to slam it home. I'm not a drama-queen nor have I ever been; all my baggage can easily fit into one small carry-on. I'm very into travel, concerts, film, reading, shopping (there ... I said it), good restaurants, wine-tastings, cultural events ... and lots more things I can't think of right now. I like all kinds of music (okay, maybe not Bluegrass), and enjoy seeing a live band in Hollywood now and then, and attend concerts by myself when my friends aren't into it. I love attending sporting events, but by no means am I a sports fanatic and won't sit around watching it on TV ... unless I've placed a bet. You however, may watch sports until your eyes bleed as I have no problem keeping myself busy w/a great group of friends. I like to try new things, but I'm really not a hobbyist, nor a collector of anything except for four NFL autographed footballs and a jersey … oh, and about 200 shot glasses from my travels, stored in a box beneath my bed. (Note to self: must sell shot glasses on eBay.)

I am overweight but I'm working on it. And yes, these are fairly recent pictures. If this is a deal breaker for you I completely understand as I have a few deal breakers of my own ... surprise! They include, but are not limited to: big bushy moustaches, moodiness, poor grammar, short stature, short temper, messiness, and dishonesty. And while I find a tattoo here and there sexy, should your body resemble a 6ft tall mural for Low-rider Arte you probably aren't the man for me. We like what we like, right?

I feel I have a positive attitude towards life and always see the glass half full … but I still want to know who's been drinking out of it if you know what I mean. I'm also a romantic at heart and love all those girly-chick things such as flowers and perfume and holding hands. A homemade Valentine's Day card from you would mean so much more to me than jewelry. (Okay, not really ... but you get my point.) And while I love doing couple-things, I don’t need to be with someone 24/7. I think a healthy relationship involves having some separate interests, otherwise you have nothing new to bring to the table. I like to stay at home and make out on the couch while watching a movie as much as I enjoy going out on the town - a nice balance. I'm very independent but not afraid to ask for help when I need it. Asking for help was something I needed to work on as I used to think it portrayed me as needy. I'm better now, so if you'd like to fix my car or drive me to LAX a week from Friday just send me a message. I'm really not into politics and I love not camping. I like to go sailing, ride motorcycles, go to the Firing Range and play pool. I do not own a sailboat, a motorcycle or a gun, but I do have a pool table at my house. And while I do not excel at ANY of these activities, I have fun trying ... I'm still teachable. I guess I'm just looking for a kind, smart, stable, fun-loving, witty and romantic guy who can carry on an interesting conversation with me - someone that will hopefully lead to a lasting love. Finally, I have no idea why I was asked to pick a "Fish Personality" on this sight, but of course I'm going to select something that sounds more appealing than a Big Mouth Bass. Angelfish should about sum me up. :)
