I am from Ireland, Dublin to be exact. I have been in the states about 18 years, living in Manhattan and then moving to New Jersey. Hobbies include wildlife photography, sports especially soccer, science fiction and hiking.

I like to get into NYC every now and again and enjoy the culture, food and the ability to do anything you want 24 hours a day. I also enjoy traveling and have just been to Jamaica. The snorkeling was great. I will hike into the woods at times when doing wildlife photography. So as you can see, I am pretty adaptable.

I like to cook when I have time but also love to try ethnic food. My favorite is still a restaurant in Dublin that was Portuguese-African. It doesn't exist any more though.

I speak Irish though not as well as I would like. Not being able to use it regularly means you lose the fluency. Still it comes in handy from time to time.

Probably something simple like coffee or a drink, leaving it open whether to continue to dinner or an activity.
