I love to Cook, I enjoy baseball, hockey & football. I love music & I also play guitar as a hobby. I listen to most types of music, some would say my taste is very diverse & surprising.

I am a professional Chef in NYC & dream of owning my own place someday. I am one of the few that can honestly say LOVES what I do for a living. I am currently planning on going to the next casting call for "TOP CHEF", I guess you could say that it is my dream to be on it & win! (Sorry if that sounds a bit conceited but, I can cook my ass off!)

Well, first of all I am not going to say the usual things that everybody says because it is to cliche.

I would like to know what your likes & dislikes are before we plan our first "Date". Trust me, I am the type to be adventurous, but would like to have my first interaction with someone to be comfortable for us both. I am a firm believer of first impressions & I do not want to disappoint, but I also don't want to be somebody that I am not just to impress someone.
