ABOUT ME:
I am a reasonably attractive well groomed gray haired gentleman, blue collar brawn, white collar brains, a great sense of humor and simple tastes. I "regularly" light up my pipe. (I smell good too) Have diverse interests from gym shorts to tuxs, some are but not limited to getaway weekends, quiet intimate times, red and black jelly beans (no orange ones) sports, oldies music, lazy Sundays, dancing (especially slow) going to Amish country (Sugar Creek, OH), small coffee shops, picnics (both outdoor and living room style ones with some wine, cheese, fireplace and soft music , drives with no destination in mind, the sun, the moon, flea markets, photography and county fairs Own a chain saw and a tuxedo but try never to combine the two.

I am a meat and potatoes type guy (guess the farmboy in me). Usually found wear Paul Sebastian fragrance along with a more sportier sport scent with jeans and shorts. My favorite color is green and yellow....but love most bright colors orange, white (if that is a color) pink (so masculine?)red and blue.

I STILL WORK AND AM NOT WEALTHY or MATERIALISTIC...so I won't be trying to buy your love and affection. (Please do not read cheap into that statement. An ("Occasional") dutch treat event always appreciated. I am spiritual but not religious.

Some major dislikes: liver and onions, bad breath, vulgarity, late people when meeting (unless good reason/I abhor someone who tells me to meet them at 7 and when I show up at 6:50 they arrive at 7:15 and think it is no big deal)slow people in buffet lines and getting e-mails with multiple cc's and I am one of them. (so unpersonal!!) I am truly a "former" farm boy .....4H and all.....and very proud of it.

DISCLAIMER: To date, I have never had any bouts with alcoholism or drug abuse. I have been know to lose my car in the parking lot.

Expect a Hug instead of a Handshake when we meet. (actually would love a Hug and a Kiss..like there's no tomorrow and like there's no one else around) I am a toucher.

FINAL THOUGHT: Would love to meet a special someone from down the street, but realize that may not be possible, therefore, I have increased my mileage span. Before first date there should be a FIRST MEETING at a public place beginning with a nice long hug instead of a handshake along with drink of choice and a quiet enviroment or even breakfast where we can talk and get to know one another. I think a big long hug when we initially meet is a great way to make each other feel more comfortable.

I have a fantasy first date....but I am not putting that here.

So if you are not doing anything this morning, afternoon or evening and I am not why not meet for that drink of choice. Do we have to plan a week or two in advance.
