I have an obsession for garage sales and flea markets. I own power tools and know how to use them. I love the outdoors but hate misquitos. I love to draw. I've just taken up golf this year.

What makes me unique and rather quirky:

I love the smell of pipe tobacco and fresh produce, but not together. I can sit around a camp fire in July, in a sweatshirt, holding a cup of tea, and still be cold. I brake for small, fluffy things on the highway. I go to the mall to people watch. I love watching elderly couples order at a restaurant. I will buy almost anything if it has a reduced or damaged sign on it. I can peel an apple in one long strip (line from a chick flick). I quote random lines from movies in conversation. I clean when I'm angry. I love grocery shopping. I really hate screaming children. I have a soft spot for fresh flowers especially tulips. I am very creative and love finding new uses for old things. I bring my dog to the dog park but hate "dog park people". I love red wine and am working my way through Australia one bottle or two at a time. I will watch home reno shows just to see the before and after. I follow the 5 second rule for dropped food. I get whiny when I'm tired. I feel the urge to talk louder if a person doesn't understand me. I drive like a woman. I love my legs in heels but hate wearing them.

I have a crush on Neil Diamond. I listen to Rob Zombie when I workout. I listen to Enya in the bath. I grew up on Abba and Patsy Cline (Dear old Dad).

Something completely untraditional. No mini putting, no bars, no movies, no coffee houses. Somewhere different like to the airport for bad coffee and to watch the planes come in. I think it would be nice to go and volunteer somewhere together for a few hours. Or wander around a fall fair or an art exhibit. If you can sit with me in a field, in 30C heat and pick strawberries for $10. a basket then you're in.
