I would look for a girl who is witty, spontaneous, genuine, honest, and compassionate. I like a girl who has a good sense of humor because life is too short to take yourself too seriously. I tend to go for the “girl next door” type. I like a girl who looks good in a pair of sweats and a t-shirt without all the make up.

Similar interests and motivations are important but I don’t think two people need to be exactly the same – in fact that would be kind of boring. I like a girl that can balance me out - take me out of my comfort zone a little bit and challenge my sometimes-stubborn opinions.

I am very close with my family, so I appreciate someone who has a close relationship with her family as well.

I'm easy going and easy to talk to. I like to laugh until my stomach hurts. Music is a huge part of me. There’s a play list for just about everything in my life. I love to see live music whenever I can at small venues like Paradise, House of Blues or Middle East ect. I love to discover new music.

I feel like there is always a lot of pressure on guys to come up with a good first date. Don't get me wrong - I'm not uncreative, but my idea of a first date is pretty casual - grabbin a drink after work or something and then takin it from there. But... if you have any ideas I'd like to hear em!
