I am on my own and hoping to find that special someone. While i am separated, and not legally divorced, i am on my own and available. There is no chance, or desire, to get back together with my ex. We have called it over and i've been in my own place for 2 years now,and we co-habitated over a year before i left. I just want to be clear about my situation. I consider mysef single by all acounts except the legal aspect. ABOUT ME: I like to walk the beach in winter as well as summer. The same goes for the woods. It's a lot different without all the "fair weather" people around. you quite often get to see things you would otherwise not see. I enjoy most sports but like to participate in snowboarding and windsurfing, and love to golf. I also like to ride my bicycle, run, work out at home, and walk my dog. Photography has always been a passion for me as well as other creative things. I like to build things, from shelves to bird houses and feeders. Anything, really. I am a creative person with a great sense of humor (sometimes dry, sometimes dorky) I am quick witted and like to tease. Friends and family are very important and i like to see both whenever possible.

First dates? Geez. I like different things but have no "go to" thing as everyone is different. I'd like to think i don't do the same thing with everyone i meet. I like to eat out though, somewhere. Maybe go somewhere where my dog can come along. (beach etc.) I don't like to go to the movies as it's hard to get to know someone in that arena. You have to be quiet and all.
