I'd prefer to keep our first date casual and brief. It's always easier to say "Wow, we're having such a great time...how does lunch sound?" than "Oh my God, when will this dinner date ever end?" There are plenty of great cafe's in and around Denver...the options are nearly endless for our first date. And if we move into a 2nd date, let's go hiking up in Boulder, followed by lunch on Pearl Street?
