First of all I would like to thank you for taking an interest and for reading my profile. To tell you a little about myself...well here goes.
Hi, my name is David. I am divorced with two beautiful daughters. My daughters mean the world to me. Since my divorce my relationship with them has grown. I am an ER nurse. I have been an ER nurse for 9 years. I was a traveling nurse but have just recently moved back to SC to be closer to my daughters. Before I was a nurse I was a Deputy Sheriff for Sumter County for about 6 years. I do enjoy what I do because I enjoy helping others. There is a certain satisfaction that comes with being in the service of others.



A Few of My Favorite Things: I love to ride my Harley. It was my divorce present to myself. Would like to meet someone that would enjoy riding as well. I have not been in a while but love to SCUBA dive. I also enjoy going to the gym, and traveling when I have the time/money to do so. I have always wanted to travel to Ireland/Scotland and also to Hawaii. My favorite color is green. (I have green eyes too) My favorite food is crab. I enjoy most all types of music except for head-banging heavy metal. I enjoy giving back rubs...receiving is not bad either. LOL.

About my life and what I'm looking for:
I am a caring person and I enjoy making others laugh. I have been told I have a wonderful sense of humor and I like the same in my partner. I believe that a sense of humor and a person's personality go a very long way. Once looks fade after years your personality is what keeps everyone attractive. I am a romantic person and enjoy showing that to my partner.. I believe that now a days that couples don't romance one another enough. If you do not enjoy romance, a southern gentleman or being treated like a lady then do not read any further. I am a gentleman...yes that means picking you up on a date, opening the car door, and paying...LOL. I do not know why that is such a foreign concept now. I hope you understand about having children, because I love my two daughters more than life itself. They do live the majority of the time with my ex-wife but I play an active role in their lives and have them with me about 8-10 days a month. I enjoy taking trips and going with someone special would be so much more enjoyable. I am not bald (I shave my head by CHOICE). My perfect match would have to be charismatic, attractive, sure of herself, not into playing head games. I was married for 17 years and am not a child nor do I want to play children's games. I have been hurt in the past and I feel that being honest and up front about your feelings is a must in any relationship. I believe that people are genuinely good and I choose to see that in them. I enjoy helping people...I guess that is the reason for the two professions I chose (Law Enforcement and now Nursing).

I'd love to meet friends that enjoy riding. Looking for my best friend in this world.
