I believe life ought to be lived creatively with an open and playful mind. I am honest, adventurous, kind, self-confident, and forgiving (of myself, as well as others). Blessed with the ability to have fun easily (should I just say I am easily amused?) and I laugh often. I look for the best in others and from life, but I am not blind to reality. Enjoy the occasional trip to the wild side, but I know when it is time to head home!

My interests include the arts, exploring the outdoors, especially the mountains and rivers we have here in the PNW, history, photography and travel. I enjoy exploring the mountains or fishing just as much as attending the symphony, the Shakespeare Festival, or a wine tasting. I love the regional festivals like Art in the Park and the Trailing of the Sheep in Hailey.

I treat people the way I want to be treated. You will find my actions reflect my words. I am not looking for drama or head games. I think you should say what you mean and mean what you say.

I would like to find someone who shares some of my interests, is intelligent, can be passionate and has a sense of humor. However, I do not believe two people need to have ALL the same interests. It is often the differences that add zest to a relationship.

I think a first date should be casual with a lot of built-in talking time. Meeting somewhere casual like Bardenay in Eagle for a drink and a chat, followed by a walk along the greenbelt right outside the door for some outdoor chatting and enjoyment would be perfect.
