I just want to start by saying Hi, I am the kind of person that takes one day at a time when I'm with someone, meaning that when I am at work everyday is schedule after schedule and don't like to plan simple things very far in advance.

I was married for 33 years, (I am 53 years old so I got married very young) and one of the things that my wife could not understand was my urge to be spontainious. I have no problem being 10 to 15 miles from home but suggesting that we stay overnight in a hotel and have a one night vacation.

I am retired from the Marine Corps and am very fortunate to now have a job that I love and enjoy going to everyday. I like to play golf, go kayaking, biking and 4 wheelin in my jeep. I am from Boston so I like to hit the mountains and spend a day in the snow, I don't ski but I use to have my own snowmobile and would like to get into it again.

On a first date I would like to go out to dinner and sit for hours just getting to know the person I'm with.
