I am currently a Chef at a local restaurant, I enjoy cooking and meeting new people there. I have been a Chef for 6 years and been in the food service industry for 10+. I am currently studying IT, A+ to be exact. I love to cook but here locally computers is where its at, and I like computers so it works. I plan on getting a few certifications A+, MCSE, CCNA, ect. and dive in. I mess around with a little bit of ebay too.

I am pretty well rounded I have had a lot of life experiences, wish I had done some more traveling but I will get to that. I want to study under a chef in France eventually.

I am not outspoken but very opinionated I enjoy having a good conversation. I am a positive person and very optimistic and will argue almost any fact to the side which I feel needs the most support.

I am pretty social was more so in the past then recently, but I still go and have a good time centered around the weekends now. I have way to many friends to keep up with them all but they all know if they need something I am here for them. I make sure to attend the major stuff fore most birthdays and such, then trickle down to the occasional party.

I love the beach but not so much the salt water, prefer chlorine honestly but still will swim.
I love the outdoors and was a boyscout years ago for 10+ years, so I love camping and all that outdoors stuff.
I love all sorts of music, reggae, rap, rock, new age I like it all.
I enjoy new things and am very open minded. Some find me funny and sum can find me not so funny, depends on your since of humor I guess.
I grew up in Rhode Island and miss the snow and skiing but go from time to time.
I was a huge geek growing up eg. chess club, photo club, book club, club club lol
So these traits are still apart of me as far as I like photography, chess, games, sports, group activity,(- MMO) not enough time for warcrack. I spent over 250 hours on FF7 in middle school and not going to have a repeat of that.

I am interested in someone who share my same interest and knows how to have a good time. I have been waiting for the right person to come along for a while but working as much as I do its hard. Some say I am kinda picky and I admit I can be. I guess its just hard to find that perfect match, but I am still young and don't mind waiting. I have been real responsible with past relationships and even though they didn't work out we still went our separate ways and I have remained good friends with most.
I am not looking for a perfect 10 but would like someone who is at least average like me.
I also do not have kids and there maybe a special person out there who I can make an exception for, especially widows or some other exceptional reason, but I would have to say in general looking for someone who is also with out children.

I am fairly new to online dating as far as actual personals go. I have met friends and mutual friends off of facebook and things have gone from there. So here I am getting my feet wet hope it will at least offer some opportunities to make some more friends as you can never have enough :)

I think first dates are best at public places like coffee shops, book stores, parks, ect. I like feeding the ducks downtown. I feel its best to meet somewhere two people can talk and get to know each other and go from there.
