Hi, I am an avid fitness enthusiast, I am a certified RKC kettlebell instructor. I practice and compete in Karate tournaments. I help as a strength coach with my local high school, training the athletes. I am a retired military officer. Before I retired I was a USAF aviator instructor with 3500 hours and I flew for 22 years. I also worked as an Air Traffic Controller for the FAA for eight years. I have lived all over the world but nothing beats the USA.

I have am a very focused person, sometimes to a fault. I know I talk too much about what I use to do, haha. But I use to be somewhat self defined by my career or I should say careers. Now I am retired and I seem to work just as hard at my hobbies, haha. Oh well.

I am probably the busiest retired person in the world, :-)

I travel teaching seminars in Kempo and Kettlebells at different dojo in Ohio, MN, PN and NY. So from September thru April I am usually on the road living out of my suitcase, but it's fun, and since I am a retired navigator it makes me feel at home, haha. I know odd way to look at it.

I have a daughter and a son who are the two best kids any man could ask for.
