My primary passion in life is music. I'm something of an audiophile. My CD collection is enormous, and I currently actively play the bass and sing in a band. I played french horn from grade school through high school and some college, and trombone in high school. I'm a very laid-back and affable person, very easy to get a long with. My musical tastes range all over the place.

I'm a very caring, sensitive person. I'm the guy that a lot of my female friends used to come to and confide in, the shoulder they cried on. I'm a great listener, and very empathetic.

I've been hurt in the past, by partners that were less than trustworthy. As a result, trustworthiness and honesty are things that I value above just about everything else. I really just want to meet someone that I can have an honest, open, caring relationship with, that has the potential to grow into something special.

I've got my Associate Of The Arts degree, and trying to figure out how to get back to school. I've got no idea about a major, however.

Currently I'm working a retail job trying to save up some money.

I LOVE the Bears and the Cubs, but I'm not a White Sox hater. I just don't have that emotional connection to them that I have with the Cubs. I like all sorts of movies, and have been known to tolerate and even enjoy the odd chick flick here and there. I'm a voracious reader, and always have a book that I'm in the middle of. I've recently been reading a lot of music biographies (Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Eric Clapton, among others).

I love to travel. I've been to Europe a handful of times (England, Germany, Switzerland, Austria...) and I can't wait until I have the opportunity to go back.

I like rock, blues, some metal, some jazz, some country, some classical music.
