First and foremost I am looking for somebody that I can make laugh, engage in deep conversation, and who strives to be healthy and fit. The rest is secondary. My main hobby is cycling, but I also enjoy a number of other activities. I enjoy going out to dinner and checking out new movies. I enjoy cooking, but don't seem to do it all that often. I go through heavy phases of reading balanced by healthy doses of tivo. Not much into the nightlife, but enjoy the occasional night on the town. I prefer smaller social events compared to large parties. And really, I prefer one on one over everything else. I have a dry/twisted sense of humor as well as the typical sophomoric male humor gene. I don't take life too seriously and like to look at it from odd angles just to see what's there.

Looking for a woman who is playful, communicative, open, willing to go deep, but not too serious all the time. I usually do better with women who are a little more outgoing than me, but not too the point where they have to do a ton of socializing to be happy (but totally cool with you having your own friends and time with them). I am not controlling or domineering (I have pretty good self esteem) so would be nice to meet somebody who doesn't need that. I consider myself self aware and highly value that in a woman.

First meet needs to be low pressure and easy. I like grabbing a bite to eat or getting a drink, followed by a walk around the capitol grounds or maybe S. Congress.

The second meet is really the first date in my mind.
