1. My Hobbies

I have a true passion for food. I love to cook, try numerous kinds of different cuisines, explore new wine/scotch/martini/sake bars and have a home cooking party with my close friends. I also enjoy art, film, literature, performing arts (symphony, opera, ballet), camping, hiking, picnic, tennis, golf, swimming, travel etc.

2. My goals/aspirations

I am planning to go back to school from next year to finish my degree. My very important two goals right now at this moment are to obtain a long time wished profession after the school, and to meet someone special that I can share, exchange and explore the quality of life together who is willing to start a family with me.

3. What makes myself unique.

I am originally from Japan and have been living in the Bay Area for several years by now. I love the diversity that this city offers and have made lots of good friends from all over the world since I moved here. They are truly my gems. Speaking of my personality, I am honest, caring, generous, not aggressive or ambitious but can be stubborn and very goal oriented. I enjoy spending my time with other people but need my own time as well.

4. My taste in music.

I have a very eclectic taste in music. I love classical music, jazz, 60'/70'/ 80' rocks, punk rock, bossa nova, french pops and world music. I am a Symphony subscriber and SF Symphony is one of the reasons that I adore this city.

My goodness! They say the longer my description, the more likely it is I will get responses. Is this true??? Anyway, I usually do not go for dinner if that's a first date. I prefer to have some coffee/tea on a first date in the morning/afternoon during the weekend. I know this sounds quite non-creative. If you prefer something more creative, please convince me to follow your plans!
