Let's see..., what to say and how to say it? First off I am a pretty easy going, jeans and a t-shirt, type of gal. I enjoy the simple things in life. I'm not flashy and I don't want for much. I'm not high maintenance or a drama queen. Life's too short for that! I am definately a one man woman. I'm straight forward and honest. I don't try to be someone that I'm not. And I won't change to fit someone else's ideal. I don't want anyone to change for me. I want you to be you. I am open to meeting new people and making friends. I'd like to start out just meeting new people. Doing casual things and having fun. Just getting to know someone. Let things progress naturally and see what happens. I put "long term" on the profile because eventually, if things work out, I would like to find that one special guy to spend my life with. I would like a guy who has honor and integrity. Who likes who he is and what he is doing. A well read guy who's open to learning new things and going to new places. Who likes to have fun and loves to laugh. A guy who works out and is in reasonably good shape is a plus. Someone who is active enough for hiking and travel, but also enjoys cozy nights at home curled up on the couch snuggling, watching TV. Or just staying home and BBQ. Playfulness and a love of life is important. If you have kids; I understand how important they are to you. Should things progress that far, know that they will be welcome by me, for they are a part of who you are. I am fairly active. I enjoy sports; both participating and watching. I often go to major league baseball games (GO A's/Padres!). I like to go to the coast and to the mountains. Sequoia Nat'l Park is my favorite place to explore. It's nice around Crater Lake too. I enjoy going on day trips; exploring all that the state has to offer. I believe that it's important to learn new things and be open to new experiences. I like to have fun and to laugh. I think the most important thing is to enjoy being in the company of the person/people that you are with. Friends and loved ones are important to me. I like pretty much most music, but mostly listen to R&B/old school, classic rock, and a little bit of country. I prefer going to small concert venues. I don't like big crowds. I enjoy dancing. I'm really involved in art and crafting. I like to go to craft fairs to see what's out there and get some ideas. If you think that doing The Amazing Race would be neat, and have ever wanted to vacation in New Zealand and Hawaii then we have something to talk about. (I hope that doesn't sound like I'm looking for a race partner, I just want to share ideas about the show). What can I tell you about myself that makes me unique? I think that's something you should learn first hand. If you ask my friends they would say that I'm funny and fun to be around. Maybe a little crazy too. Or they may say that I'm quiet and serious. In either case they would say that I'm a good friend, and a great listener. The first date... in this case it's more correct to say the first meeting. I think something 'light' where there's no pressure. Where you can relax and be yourself. Something to drink. Ice cream. An outdoor cafe and conversation. (mini golf?)
