It is all too funny to think that a website description can explain who you are as a person. Who are we kidding...initial meetings/dates are ridiculously nerve wracking. It is why I have steered away from internet dating. Even so, I guess it is time to see what this is all about. My friend set up my profile about 8 months ago because I never took the time to do it. And then I proceeded to take it down about a month later..I guess I need to get better at committing myself.
Atlanta is a great city to be in; I've been here about 3 years. Before that I lived in Miami, Tampa, Denver, North Carolina (my professional years). I work in commercial real estate, which has been a great experience even with the current economic downturn. I think it offers flexibility and good pay but the stress is unbelievable. Even so, I am always wondering what I want to be when I grow up...
My life is consumed during football season with the many fantasy and pick 'em leagues that I belong to. If I could get paid doing it, I would say goodbye to the job...loves it! This season has been frustrating to say the least. I still follow my teams the Broncos and Cowboys (I'm from out west)...don't hate. But I spend more time worrying about my individual players; I totally feel like it's a relationship - loving them and/or leaving them. HA!
Outside of football season, I like to travel (just went to Ireland), play softball, attempt to golf, read, hang out with the girls or guys or both, and occasionally crawl into my hole for the weekend when things get crazy. I love music and listen to just about anything. I like beats and do not get too deep listening to the words. I think my twin sister got that side of the brain. Most important, laughter really is the best medicine and there never can be enough of it. The only problem is finding others who like all, or most, of the same and have the means to do so.
